How We Work

Ready to Begin?

Real results come from structured, progressive care — not a single appointment. That's why we strongly recommend beginning with one of our Initial Packages.

Here's the difference:

Initial Package (recommended) A comprehensive case assessment paired with a full treatment protocol, tailored to your unique history and health goals. Throughout your package, we check in consistently, maintain accountability, and are available to answer any questions or concerns that arise along the way. This is where real, progressive change happens.

Initial Appointment Only Prefer to start with a single session? That's completely fine. Your initial appointment will include a thorough case assessment and an abridged treatment plan with three clearly defined health goals. Please note that follow-up appointments will need to be booked separately to discuss your progress, adjust your plan, or address any questions.

Not sure which is right for you? Book a 15-minute Connection Call for $29 — we'll talk through your goals and help you decide which option suits your needs. The full $29 is credited toward any package or appointment you choose.

Returning clients Welcome back. Follow-up sessions are available to continue supporting your progress after a completed package or initial appointment.

Erin's Emotional Coaching and Bush Flower Remedy sessions are available as standalone bookings and do not require a package.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In order to provide consistent care and respect the time allocated to each client, the following policy applies.
Rescheduling or Cancelling an Appointment
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without penalty.
Changes can be made via the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.
Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or missed without notice, will be charged in full.
As consultation times are reserved exclusively for you, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for late cancellations or non-attendance.
Sessions included within prepaid packages are subject to the same 24-hour cancellation policy. Missed or late-cancelled sessions will be deducted from the package.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for the time, preparation, and clinical focus dedicated to your care.
