Home audits:

The term holistic is sometimes misconstrued as
“unscientific”, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Taking a holistic approach to health and healthcare means addressing how all aspects of a person’s life affect their well-being, not just simply the food they eat; but also the timing of their meals, the type and timing of their exercise routine, sleep hygiene, light exposure, mindfulness, work-life balance, and so much more..

Holistic Health Coaches are mentors and wellness experts who help others feel their best through personalized lifestyle changes that meet unique dietary, emotional, and physical goals and needs. Rob works with clients to help them discover how to fuel their bodies, live a healthy lifestyle, and find the best wellness and health routines that work for them.

Rob is a holistic health coach and nutritional medicine student. He is fiercely in love with studying how the body operates, moves, performs, communicates and heals.

What to expect from a consult?

The way my consults work is, I start by getting you to fill out a questionnaire prior to our session, to give me insight into your lifestyle, diet and overall health. Then we meet for an initial consult, where I take your case history and explore any areas of concern and aspects of your health you wish to improve on.

I then create a health plan with information and resources to address the areas you wish to improve on or heal. If supplements are
part of the plan, I will work with Erin (Qualified Naturopath) to order the right supplements for you and have them delivered to your address directly. I do, however, strongly believe that lifestyle and dietary changes are the most powerful tools at our disposal,
so I will not bombard you with a massive prescription of pills, powders and potions to take.. Sadly, I think Natural Medicine practitioners can get a bad reputation as they can often over prescribe supplements, herbs and testing.
Erin and I do not operate like this, we believe that empowering and educating you to take your health into your own hands is
the best course of action. We are always fully transparent with costing and the relevance or necessity of any herbs, supplements and testing we prescribe.

After the initial consultation, I hold follow-up sessions, which are slightly shorter and focus on finessing and refining my recommendations and addressing any other areas of concern that arise.

Take your health into your own hands!
